Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Texas-based HVAC TI Project Estimator for a full-time role with strong benefits. The candidate will develop quotes, analyze ROI and energy models, and coordinate meetings with subcontractors and vendors.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction and have 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience. Proficiency with Timberline, QuickPen/Accubid, BlueBeam, and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of State HVAC Codes and estimating software.
• Ability to analyze ROI and energy models.

We are a large growing HVAC contractor in Texas that works on many of Texas’s biggest and best HVAC projects. This is a full‑time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Texas's best and brightest HVAC TI Project Estimator’s in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate ROI & analyze energy models.
• Make sales calls on existing and new clients.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Build accurate and winning quotes/Estimates for upcoming projects.
• Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work).
• Manage schedule, billings, and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget.

Requirements:

• Local.
• 5+ years of HVAC Estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar preferred.
• Knowledge in: State HVAC Codes, Timberline, Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Excel.
