Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead large HVAC/plumbing construction projects from inception to close-out. The role requires controlling scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to secure favorable terms and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience with medium to large mechanical contractors and will engage in preconstruction meetings and on-site visits to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC/Plumbing construction project management experience with a medium or large contractor.
• Experience tracking project scope, schedule, and budget end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage full mechanical HVAC and plumbing projects from start-up to close-out.
• Fully understand and track the project's scope, schedule and budget from start to finish.
• Choose and review progress of subcontractors.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and best terms and pricing for materials.
• Attend preconstruction meetings.
• Complete on-site visits.
