Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, HVAC Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering support, testing, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or a related technical field.
• Preferred: HVAC, manufacturing, product testing, or industrial environments experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance, reliability, and validation testing of products, components, and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues identified during testing.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to support testing and product development.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data to support engineering decisions.
• Assist with prototype assembly, test setup, instrumentation, and lab activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and laboratory personnel to support objectives.
• Provide feedback regarding product performance and testing methods.
• Maintain testing equipment and work areas for safe and efficient operation.
• Support calibration, maintenance, and verification of lab equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and testing efficiency.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
