Job summary

Republic & T.F. Ehrhart in Davenport, IA, seeks an experienced Territory Manager to grow our HVAC customer base in Cedar Rapids and surrounding markets. You will build relationships with contractors, distributors and engineers, promote York, Luxaire, Mitsubishi, and Gree products, and deliver tailored solutions.

This role requires 5+ years in HVAC sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel frequently. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant sales and HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage a territory.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and teamwork.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and energy efficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish lasting relationships with HVAC contractors and engineers.
• Implement territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits to tailor product solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to ensure service.
• Coordinate with vendors to support promotions and training.
• Promote product lines and demonstrate new products.
• Monitor competitive conditions and market trends.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing and Operations for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
• Complete sales calls and expense reports on time.
• Perform other duties as required.
