Job summary

Republic & T.F. Ehrhart is seeking a Territory Manager for Peoria, IL to grow and manage the HVAC customer base. You will build relationships with contractors, distributors and engineers, promote product lines, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC sales, a track record of meeting targets, and willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant sales and/or HVAC experience with contractors, distributors, or manufacturers preferred.
• Strong ethics, communication, relationship-building and team collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and energy efficiency solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with HVAC Contractors and engineers to grow profitable business.
• Implement territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and tailor product solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors for promotions and technical training and provide literature and pricing information.
• Stay current on products and attend training, trade shows and sales meetings.
