Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a driven Territory Account Manager to grow our HVAC distribution presence. You will develop contractor relationships, manage a defined sales territory, and collaborate with vendor partners to close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will conduct face-to-face calls, present product solutions, and forecast opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HVAC wholesale sales or similar.
• Ability to develop dealer relationships and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience using a CRM to manage opportunities and forecasting.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to achieve goals.
• Generate additional sales in assigned territory.
• Grow market share and prospect for new business in assigned market.
• Support customers with a customer-focused approach and timely follow-through.
• Develop new dealers with programs and market strategies.
• Minimum of 20 face-to-face meetings weekly.
• Negotiate pricing to meet market demands while maintaining profit goals.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales budgets and contribute to regional goals.
• Proactively develop sales and solve problems; resolve customer issues promptly.
• Attend training to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to identify opportunities.
• Represent Gemaire at dealer meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain professional conduct with contractors, customers, and employees.
