Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our team in Muncie, IN. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a rotating on-call for emergencies.

You will service, repair, and install heating and cooling systems in residential settings, document your work, and communicate clearly with homeowners. EPA certification and 2+ years of experience are required, along with a valid Indiana license

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
• EPA certification
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused communication style
• Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Physically capable of job-related tasks
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Fix, service, and install heating and cooling systems in homes.
• Identify and explain problems to homeowners; perform repairs or replacements per standards.
• Document work using provided tools and treat customers with respect; participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
