Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Muncie, IN seeks a full-time HVAC Tech - Service Advisor to conduct in-home consultations, present replacement options, and guide homeowners to cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions. You will use company tools and participate in on-call rotations to support emergency service.

This role offers competitive pay with commission and SPIFs, plus benefits and a company vehicle. Must have 2+ years HVAC experience and a valid Indiana license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience.
• Comfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and guide customers through important decisions.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Professional, motivated, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for scheduled in-home consultations using company-provided tools.
• Visit homeowners to assess comfort needs and present HVAC replacement options.
• Educate clients about system features and energy efficiency, and discuss financing options.
• Respond to emergency service calls as necessary.
