Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Specialist in Jessup, MD to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. You will follow a CMMS, document work, and drive to sites as needed to service facilities nationwide.

The role requires 1–3 years in HVAC maintenance, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license; blueprint literacy and ability to read as-built drawings are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial or residential).
• Blueprint and as-built drawing literacy.
• Comfort with occasional on-call work.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS and document all work clearly.
• Install/repair/maintain motors, pumps, belts, fans, AHUs, VAV and fan-powered boxes.
• Diagnose control and stationary system issues using inspection, testing and monitoring techniques.
• Escort subcontractors on site and verify their work aligns with scope and standards.
