Job summary

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency in Little Rock is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain systems across an apartment community. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent equipment failures while delivering reliable service to residents.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, residential HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with a maintenance team. This is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in multifamily or apartment environments is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• EPA and/or HVAC certifications are preferred or required depending on position.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment community
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating issues
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major repairs
• Perform HVAC-related apartment turns and make-ready work
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and community maintenance standards

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment community
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
