Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, responding to resident requests promptly, and maintaining accurate records of work.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, preferably in multifamily/apartment environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• EPA certification preferred/required based on position.
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment community
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating issues
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major repairs
• Perform HVAC-related apartment turns and make-ready work
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and community maintenance standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and property management

Qualifications
