Job summary

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the maintenance of an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide quality service to residents.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to resident requests. EPA or HVAC certifications are preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with full-time/temp-to-perm opportunities in Little Rock.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC experience, preferably in a multifamily/apartment environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment community
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating issues
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major repairs
• Perform HVAC-related apartment turns and make-ready work
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and community maintenance standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and property management

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment community
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating issues
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major repairs
