Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the maintenance operations of an apartment community in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of residential HVAC systems, and the ability to provide professional service to residents and property management.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and a schedule Monday through Friday, with opportunities for temp-to-perm based on performance

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC experience, preferably in multifamily/apartment environments.
• Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills are required.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Reliable transportation is needed.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• EPA certification is preferred/required depending on position.
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment community
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating issues
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before major repairs
• Perform HVAC-related apartment turns and make-ready work
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and community maintenance standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and property management
