Job summary

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support maintenance operations of an apartment community in Little Rock. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide quality service to residents.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, responding to resident requests promptly, and maintaining accurate records of work.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, preferably in multifamily/apartment environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• EPA certification preferred/required based on position.
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across the apartment community.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating issues.
• Inspect equipment to anticipate problems before major repairs.
• Perform HVAC-related apartment turns and make-ready work.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs.
• Support general maintenance duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and community maintenance standards.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and property management.
