The role requires reading blueprints, performing pipefitting, and ensuring safe, compliant operation. Applicants should have 4+ years in HVAC with universal credentials, healthcare facility experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Certified by a recognized HVAC program (NATE, HVAC Excellence, ICC) or EPA 608 Universal.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Four years in HVAC with universal credentials.
• Two–three years in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair environmental-control systems per specs.
• Maintain refrigerant inventory and records.
• Mount compressors and condensers per blueprints or specs.
• Install evaporator units in chassis or duct systems.
• Cut/bend tubing to length; join with fittings; solder joints.
• Install valves and connect motors, controls to panels.
• Test for leaks; monitor gauges and adjust as needed.
• Lubricate bearings; clean equipment; remove debris.
• Ensure clean surroundings and proper maintenance at the location.
