Climate Mechanics is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and clear communication with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, routine maintenance, and installation of new systems. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid/Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or wiring in HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Document all work performed in a detailed and accurate manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
