The role involves maintaining chillers, ventilation equipment, controls, and related infrastructure to ensure reliable operation. The ideal candidate will have four years in HVAC, universal EPA 608 certification, and the ability to pass drug screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• HVAC professionals must hold national or state certifications and a valid EPA 608 license.
• Minimum four years in HVAC with healthcare facility exposure.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks; read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair environmental-control systems per specs.
• Maintain refrigerant inventory and usage records.
• Mount compressors and condenser units per blueprints.
• Install evaporator units in chassis or ducts.
• Test joints for leaks using gauges.
• Ensure equipment and surroundings stay clean.
• Perform regular maintenance at the location.
• Follow lock out tag out procedures.
• Travel to job locations as required.
