Qualifications

• EPA certification per CFR part 82f (Universal preferred) for servicing refrigerants.
• Able to read blue prints, sketches, and specifications for AC/refrigeration systems.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the HVAC trade or equivalent certification.
• Broad mechanical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot and repair chillers, AHUs, controls, and refrigeration systems.
• Operate and maintain electrical and pneumatic systems for HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and contribute to predictive maintenance programs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; test and adjust systems.
• Respond to service calls, perform repairs, and ensure safety and compliance.
