Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects, determine feasibility, scope of work, estimates material and personnel requirements.
• Inspect work by contractors and staff; provide recommendations to supervisor.
• Manage maintenance for schools/facilities across a geographic zone via work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine job requirements.
• Operate a work truck and supervise accompanying personnel.
• Coordinate with dispatch, other trades, and school personnel on job requests.
• Procure parts and services from vendors and coordinate warranty repairs.
• Maintain accurate work order records and inventory; ensure a clean, safe workspace.
