Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of HVAC repair/maintenance experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
• Experience in maintaining HVAC equipment and building systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair air handling units, rooftop units, furnaces, pumps, motors, valves, and related components.
• Operate building automation systems using a laptop and BMS software.
• Order parts, equipment, and supplies; communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors.
