Job summary

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, is seeking an HVAC Technician – Level 2 to support mission-critical facilities in Childress, Texas. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and standard repairs on commercial HVAC and related systems, documenting work orders and equipment histories.

You will respond to service calls and alarms, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate with operations and vendors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; Universal preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls and equipment alarms to support data center operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical repairs on airside and waterside systems.
• Document work orders, readings, and parts usage in the maintenance system.
• Coordinate with site ops, controls, vendors, and other technicians to minimize downtime.
