Job summary

You will coordinate shutdowns, assist with new system design, and support facility maintenance under the Facility Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; HVAC associate degree preferred.
• Must be registered with TDLR as HVAC Technician and hold EPA Universal 608.
• 5+ years HVAC experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and sketches; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-R equipment including split systems and package units.
• Plan and coordinate shutdowns with site personnel.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and facilities.
• Assist with installation work and design input on new systems.
• Maintain tools, supplies and document HVAC status.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety policies.
