Job summary

You will interpret blueprints, operate energy management systems, and perform major overhauls while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires EPA Universal Technician certification, experience with building automation, and a minimum of three years of skilled trades training.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, drawings and schematics for HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Technician certification.
• Experience with building automation systems.
• Equivalent to 3 years of skilled trades training.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to service HVAC equipment.
• Operate, program and troubleshoot energy management systems via module or laptop.
• Plan and perform major overhaul operations on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC equipment and air handling systems.
• Install and repair controls using meters, gauges, indicators and detectors.
• Keep work areas neat and clean and manage spare parts inventory.
