Job summary

This on-site role requires a CT D-2 license and EPA 608 certification, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Connecticut D-2 license for installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 2+ years building facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance with inspections.
• Complete routine and emergency work orders with customer focus.
• Support make-ready process to prepare units for new residents.
• Take part in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
