South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across residential properties in Connecticut. You will handle routine and emergency tasks, support make-ready processes, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safety and compliance with codes.

Formación

• Connecticut D-2 license required for installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (R-410A) required.
• Own HVAC service tools and basic troubleshooting equipment.
• Strong HVAC knowledge with plumbing/electrical basics.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including heat pumps and mini-splits.
• Complete routine and emergency work orders with a customer-first approach.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Support the make-ready process to prepare apartments for new residents.
• Use maintenance software to log and close out work orders.
