Job summary

Casper College is seeking an HVAC Technician I to perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment across College facilities. The role supports the Master HVAC Technician and Building Maintenance Supervisor, with a typical schedule from 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HVAC/plumbing/heating repair experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor for full shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, including rooftop equipment.
• Wire and connect motors, compressors, and controls as per schematics.
• Maintain and update records on materials, labor, and inventory.
• Follow safety codes and report potential problems to supervisor.
• Carry out maintenance and preventive tasks across College facilities.
