Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to join its Facilities and Operations Division. The role is on the main campus, with shifts Any.

You will perform maintenance, repair, and rounds on HVAC systems, boilers, and related equipment to keep campus facilities safe and functional. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience; preferred are HVAC credentials and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience.
• HVAC knowledge applicable to campus facilities and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs or blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment, boilers, building systems.
• Conduct daily rounds of critical equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and orderly engineering spaces and logs.
• Adjust thermostats and control systems for proper operation.
• Assist in renovations, moves, and campus projects as assigned.
• Coordinate maintenance and custodial staff as directed by supervisor.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and service interruptions.
