Job summary

The Lodge at Torrey Pines in San Diego is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems across our resort. This full-time on-site role offers competitive hourly pay ($27.50–$30.00 DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, employee discounts, and meal provisions.

You will follow EPA/OSHA regulations, maintain records, and respond to service calls, with weekend/holiday shift

Qualifications

• 2 years technical training.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong HVAC experience is a plus.
• Weekend, holiday, and variable shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
• Responds to and repairs guest and coworker service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Keeps up-to-date records of repair and refrigerant usage.
• Conforms to EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Drives a vehicle to on-site or off-site locations to inspect, repair or maintain equipment.
• Provides assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
