Job summary

The Lodge at Torrey Pines, part of Evans Hotels, LLC, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and develop our housekeeping team across guestrooms and public areas in a premium resort setting.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate strong guest service and leadership skills. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Creole and/or French a plus.Experience in dealing with the public is preferred, such as retail cashier, food industry service, guest service with public contacts, etc.Ability to maintain a friendly, team-oriented, positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times.Ability to be poised under pressure with continued smiles and maintain a highly diplomatic attitude with challenging guests and under stressful circumstances.Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.The following position will be filled in accordance with the process set forth in California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et. seq.**The pay scale posted is the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position during the first year of employment.
