Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience on large commercial HVAC equipment.
• Must perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water systems, and related building systems.
• General maintenance knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing, air handlers, VAV components and other HVAC equipment.
