Qualifications

• Capable of preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, and air handling systems.
• EPA or CFC certification required; willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Operate and repair boilers, chillers, and VAV components.
