Job summary

LB&B Associates, Inc. seeks a full-time HVAC Mechanic in Norfolk, VA to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. • HVAC Mechanic with experience on large commercial systems.
• NATE certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• EPA/CFC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
• Support building systems including electrical and plumbing components as needed.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards and CBAs.
