LB&B Associates is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Mechanic in Burlington, VT (Federal Building). The hourly pay is $46.35 with Health & Welfare Pay of $7.50 per hour up to 40 hours weekly.

The position is union-backed, offering vacation, sick leave, holidays and a pension per the collective bargaining agreement. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in directing operation and maintenance of HVAC systems; EPA Universal Refrigeration
