Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of hands-on commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory/directing operation and maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration certification required.
• Must be willing to obtain/maintain NATE Certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical operations and maintenance of the building under contract.
• Lead technical staff, prepare work schedules, and assign duties as SME.
• Communicate fluently in English (oral and written).
• Prepare and carry out building safety plans.
• Ensure subcontractors sign in/out and maintain logs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and keep building systems operational.
• Ensure facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and emergencies.
• Plan and conduct preventive maintenance programs and generate reports.
• Train new employees and supervise repairs of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
