IES Residential in Conroe, TX is seeking an HVAC Technician to support installation, service, replacement, and operations objectives on active job sites. You will emphasize quality workmanship and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.

The role requires 4–6 years of HVAC experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, equipment and applicable codes is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned HVAC-related duties to support departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting of responsibilities.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Communicate professionally and effectively in person and in writing.
• Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
