Job summary

IES in San Antonio, TX seeks an HVAC Helper to support installation, service, replacement, or operational objectives. You will work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This entry-level role requires minimal formal education (High School or GED preferred) and 0–2 years experience. You must be able to pass pre-employment screenings and travel as needed; visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred or related installation/repair work.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and MVR checks.
• English language skills preferred and required where necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC-related duties in support of objectives.
