Your Impact

Core Duties

• Identify and resolve mechanical issues across various commercial HVAC units, including boilers, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and RTUs.
• Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance protocols to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Install commercial-grade HVAC hardware, ducting, and control systems while strictly adhering to industry codes and project specifications.
• Ensure all service logs, work orders, and administrative paperwork are processed with precision.
• Provide clear, professional guidance to clients and internal staff regarding necessary repairs and system improvements.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all OSHA safety standards.
• Ensure that your assigned service vehicle and professional tools remain well-maintained and orderly at all times.

Professional Requirements

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical problems.
• Current EPA 608 certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and complete projects without direct supervision.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Completion of an HVAC vocational program or equivalent practical field experience is preferred.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs., navigate ladders, and perform duties in diverse work settings.
