Job summary

CBRE is seeking a HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities in the United States.

You will perform proactive testing, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, with strong MS Office and organizational skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision and guidance.
