Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC technician to maintain climate control infrastructure for a government defense client. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex commercial systems to ensure reliability in a secure facility.

The position follows a Monday–Friday day shift with an on‑call rotation. Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of job-related experience in HVAC or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or similar.
• Good organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on building systems.
• Troubleshoot failures and determine actions for modifications.
• Work under defined procedures with supervision.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety.
• Support on-call rotation for urgent maintenance needs.
