Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain climate control systems for a government defense facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair complex commercial systems to ensure reliability in a secure environment.

The role follows a Monday–Friday day shift with on‑call rotation for urgent maintenance. Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license, with proficiency in MS Office and strong safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of job‑related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC control systems for building operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure reliable operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Follow defined procedures and work under supervision to deliver results.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
