Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and replacements on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will handle chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coils, water treatment, controls and related equipment with safety and efficiency in mind.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 5 years’ experience with similar equipment, a Universal CFC cert, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of experience maintaining similar commercial equipment.
• Current Universal CFC certification.
• Strong oral and written communication required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations, repairs, replacement and preventive maintenance of commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Familiar with chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water treatment, controls and related equipment.
• Work with Dispatch to complete workload in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe work practices per OSHA and NFPA 70e as applicable.
