Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or technical HVAC training, EPA certification, a Journeyman card or 8+ years of verifiable experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical HVAC coursework preferred.
• HVAC certifications/licensing required, including EPA certification.
• Journeyman HVAC card or 8+ years of verifiable HVAC experience.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment and perform diagnostics.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Execute emergency repairs promptly and safely.
• Keep daily logs of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
