CNH Industrial is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to sustain heating, ventilation and air conditioning across its Racine, Mount Pleasant and Waterford campuses in Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while collaborating with the Facilities team.
The role requires 3+ years in commercial HVAC, a Building Automation System background, and a valid driver’s license.

As the onsite HVAC point of contact, you will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical concerns, perform routine preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry and safety standards.
The annual salary for this role is USD $63,750.00 – $97,750.00 plus any applicable bonus. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role. For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
