CBRE is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities, performing proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.

You will work under supervision within CBRE's Engineering and Technical Services team, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards while troubleshooting equipment and implementing defined procedures to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HVAC tech role requiring basic knowledge of building systems and safety protocols.
• 1–2 years of job-related experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and effective communication are required.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for HVAC equipment.
• Perform ongoing maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine necessary modifications.
• Follow established procedures and perform duties under supervision.
• Support through defined duties and processes with limited discretion.
• Contribute to maintaining safe and efficient building operations.
