Job summary

Trane Technologies invites you to join as an HVAC Technician Apprentice in Spokane Valley, WA. You will assist seasoned technicians in installing and repairing environmental control systems, applying refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting and layouts.

The company offers access to support, training on new tech and clear career paths with growth potential. The program is nationally registered, with paid instruction and on-the-job training, and includes mentorship as you progress

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with clean record.
• Must be at least 18 years old on day 1.

Responsibilities

• Service products, equipment and systems at customer locations; diagnose and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with supervising field technician, project manager and customers to understand on-site requirements.
• Use software, tools, and blueprints to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and protect company assets.
