Job summary

Trane Technologies invites aspiring technicians to join its world-class apprenticeship program. The HVAC Technician Apprentice role provides hands-on training with seasoned service technicians at customer sites, exposure to refrigeration theory, control systems, piping, and structural layouts, and a clear path toward a professional credential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old on day one.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record in last 3 years.
• Strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.

Responsibilities

• Serve on-site at customer locations to diagnose and plan repairs.
• Assist seasoned technicians with on-site installations and repairs.
• Use tools, blueprints, and specs to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Prioritize safety and protect company assets.
