Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking HVAC Technician Apprentice to support installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer sites. This four-year Nationally Registered apprenticeship provides paid instruction and on-the-job training with mentors.

You will work with seasoned technicians, gain hands-on experience, and progress through pay steps while developing a valuable HVAC credential and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior HVAC experience required but training provided.
• Basic technical aptitude and interest in trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with installation and repair of environmental control systems.
• Deliver parts and tools to service job sites.
• Support in minor maintenance of tools and shop equipment.
• Assist with on-site installations, gathering materials and coordinating tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas.
• Document job activities and assist with loading/unloading equipment.
• Work in a field-based role at customer locations.
