Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Licenses: Boiler and Refrigeration credentials where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and code compliance per State, local, and Board of Education guidelines.
• Repairs and maintains air conditioning, heaters, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintains boilers, hot water, steam and oil systems; tunes and tests controls.
• Monitors energy management systems and performs preventive maintenance.
• Estimates project costs and coordinates materials and labor for assignments.
