Job summary

Dodge City Unified School District 443 is seeking a Facility HVAC Master to perform skilled work on district HVAC systems and related maintenance tasks in school facilities. You may work independently or with a small team to maintain interior and exterior building systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 4 years’ experience in maintenance/HVAC, and Masters HVAC licenses with EPA licenses required. This is a non-exempt, on-site role paid hourly according to the USD 443 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled work on building HVAC systems and maintenance trades.
• Repair and maintain district facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and ventilation equipment.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper documentation.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities and emergencies.
