Boston Standard Company is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Mattapan, MA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems, perform preventive maintenance, educate homeowners on energy savings, and document service using ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

Pay: $40–$55 per hour + Performance Pay (Top Techs Earn $100K+)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Educate homeowners on repair options, energy savings, and system performance
• Recommend repairs, replacements, and maintenance memberships when appropriate
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Work safely while representing Boston Standard with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
